Sorry, but there is no magical cure to correct your circadian rhythm overnight. However, your body will adjust to the change naturally within 5 to 7 days.
You can speed things up with these 3 biohacks
1. Wake up and immediately get out of bed and turn on all the bright lights to wake up even faster.
Get direct light into your eyes for 20-30 mins.
Direct light stimulates the release of serotonin, the neurotransmitter associated with wakefulness, energy, and improved mood.
Consider an alarm clock that wakes you up with light (I swear by this)
2. Breakfast truly is the most important meal of the day. Eat your breakfast to naturally stimulate insulin - a hormone associated with energy and clarity.
Your body expects insulin release within an hour of waking
If your body doesn’t get it, you can feel sluggish, cranky, and hangry.
You don’t have to have a grandslam breakfast, just a taste of food (like a splash of oat milk in your coffee or tea) is enough to stimulate insulin to wake you up faster.
3. Don't nap! Listen to Yoga Nidra meditation for non-sleep deep rest (NSDR).
Napping is a sleep snack that ruins your sleep supper, throwing off your circadian rhythm.
In Yoga Nidra, you enter a hypnagogic state, in between waking & dreaming.
Google CEO Sundar Pichai uses Yoga Nidra when he didn't get a lot of sleep or feels sluggish for deep rest and relaxation.

Stay tuned for part 2 of getting your circadian rhythm back on track~
Stay golden, brilliant being.
