The truth about motivation…
Hey brilliant being,
The truth about motivation is….
Motivation is a myth.
Interest, discipline, and energy ebb and flow - day to day and week to week. Waiting to “feel” motivated to do the thing (yes, that thing that just popped into your mind) is a fleeting fantasy.
If I waited for motivation to move me… then my laundry would still be living in the dryer, my client’s notes would be half-written, and that “great idea” for a workshop would still be floating around in my head instead of actually existing.
I use Mindful Hypnosis for focus and flow to get stuff done.
The boring things —
✔ client notes
✔ filing taxes
✔ working out
✔ the stuff that matters, but my ADHD brain hates
And the exciting things too —
✨ painting
✨ writing
✨ performing improv
✨ even creating this upcoming workshop
It’s one of the most reliable (and scientific) ways I know to move from overwhelm → focus → flow without forcing myself into toxic productivity and ignoring my needs for rest.
And I see this same struggle, and longing, in so many of you.
Especially ADHD therapists helping ADHD clients.
And you know that telling someone to “just focus” or “break it into smaller steps” never ever works — for them or for you.
That’s why I created this live, experiential training with Neuropebble
Mindful Hypnosis™ for Focus & Flow

Join us Thursday, February 19th, from 12-2pm ET to learn how to use Mindful Hypnosis to focus and flow for yourself and your clients.
This 2-hour workshop is designed to help you amplify attention, form goals, and actually stick to them in ways that are neuroaffirming, practical, and effective so that your wish becomes a reality.
You’ll leave with:
✨ Ways to enhance attention, task initiation, & follow-through for ADHD brains
✨ Practical Worksheets and Mindful Hypnosis scripts
✨ A method you can immediately use for your clients (and yourself)
What will you make happen in 2026?
Stay golden, brilliant being

P.S. Can’t make it live? On-demand access and replay with CEs is available — but the live experience is where the learning magic really happens.
